Terms and Conditions
Art.1 – Purpose
The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to define, exclusively because of the relationships they establish on the Internet, the rights and obligations of the parties arising from the online sale of products offered on the site.These conditions apply to online sales on European territory, to the exclusion of any other document, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.
The acquisition of a good or a service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the purchaser of these conditions of sale.
Art. 2 – Products / Prices
Products: the products offered for sale by the seller are those listed on the site, on the day of consultation by the user, within the limits of available stocks.
Each product is accompanied by a description established by the supplier.
The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, in particular with regard to the colors. These products and services are offered while stocks last. If, despite his efforts, all or part of the items are unavailable, the seller shall inform the buyer by email as soon as possible and offer him the possibility of choosing between waiting or canceling the order of the unavailable items free of charge. Available items will be delivered as normal.
Price: the prices are indicated in Euros, and valid in all the countries of the Euro zone. They take into account any reductions as well as VAT, applicable on the day of the order. The prices applicable to the order are those in effect at the time of confirmation.
The shipping costs will be based on the total in kilograms of each item in the basket.
Art. 3 – Refunds
Preorders are used to pay for all the parts and labour in order to fulfil the orders. A pay deposit of at least 50% is required for preorders and backordered products. Our policy is no refunds on preordered products. Full payment is required for custom parts. No refunds will be issued for custom products.
Art. 4 – Right of withdrawal
The consumer has fourteen calendar days to return at his own expense the product(s) he ordered. This period starts from the day after the delivery of the order. As stated in art.3 custom parts, preorders and back orders deposits are non refundable. Apply for a RMA number by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns must be received in the original packaging with all contents. Any missing items will be deducted from your credited total. No RMA numbers will be issued and returns will not be permitted after fourteen calendar days of receipt.
Art. 5 – Delivery
The products ordered by the buyer will be delivered to the address indicated on the buyer’s order form, which can only be in the agreed geographical area. The goods are transported at the risk of the seller until delivery of the goods to the delivery address specified by the buyer. From that moment, the buyer alone bears the risks.
Art. 6 – Warranty
NRG amplification offers a guarantee covering material or manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase in accordance with these warranty conditions for the first owner. The warranty date begins on the customer’s invoice date.
The buyer benefits from the legal guarantee for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of his article, if he did not know or was not supposed to know the defect at the time of the conclusion of the contract and if he appears within two years of delivery. In this case, the buyer may demand the repair of his item. To do this, the buyer notifies the seller in writing no later than two months from the day on which he noticed the defect. If the defect appears within six months of delivery, it is in principle the seller’s responsibility to prove that it did not exist at the time of delivery. After the two-year period, the buyer can no longer demand repair of his item. The costs of preparing and sending the order, as well as the management costs, remain due if the buyer asserts his right to return all or part of his order.
What our warranty covers:
A 3-month warranty is valid for consumables (tubes, fuses and speakers).
The warranty covers the repair of defects in materials or workmanship without charge. The guarantor reserves the right to repair or replace the product.
The replaced parts become without exception the property of the guarantor.
The product should be submitted, without exception, exclusively to the reseller from whom the product was purchased as only that reseller is responsible for the sales process. If this is not possible, the customer must submit the warranty claim to the dealer in the country in which the product was purchased. In the latter case, contact the manufacturer directly.
Under this warranty, the warrantor assumes no other liability and will not be liable for any loss of income or profit resulting from the use or malfunction of the product.
If, during an inspection of the product, the dealer, distributor or warrantor finds that the defect is not covered by the warranty or that the warranty period has expired, the customer is responsible for the costs of the inspection and of repair.
Shipping costs from the customer to the authorized reseller, distributor or guarantor cannot be assumed. If a warranty claim is valid, shipping costs (round trip) must be borne by to the distributor or seller or buyer, in the country where the purchase took place only, otherwise, the return shipping costs will not be the responsibility of NRG Amplification. NRG Amplification will undertake to find a most adequate return solution.
What voids the warranty:
The dealer, distributor or authorized warrantor determines that the product has been damaged by incorrect or defective handling, installation, transport or service, comply with the instructions in the user manual, application errors, misuse, cause, or as a result of repair or modification not carried out by the dealer, distributor or guarantor, or natural wear and tear (eg vacuum tubes). Non-original parts and / or tubes have been installed in the device.
